Building Dream Spaces provides home renovation, remodeling, and related services across the United States. Specific service availability may vary by location. All services are subject to a separate written contract that supersedes any general statements made on this website.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All pricing displayed on this website is starting-point estimates for general guidance. Final fixed-price proposals are issued only after a formal consultation and site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from issue date.
3. Project Timelines
Construction timelines are estimates based on typical conditions. Unforeseen circumstances including weather, supply chain delays, permit delays, and hidden structural conditions may extend timelines. We communicate any schedule changes promptly through your project dashboard.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment schedule: 25% at contract signing, 25% at rough-in, 25% at drywall/finish, 25% at final walkthrough. Larger projects may use monthly draw schedules. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest. We reserve the right to pause work on past-due accounts.
5. Warranties
We provide a five-year workmanship warranty on all renovation projects (seven years on Luxury Transformation packages). Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fixtures, and materials vary and are passed through to the client. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@buildingdreamspaces.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Building Dream Spaces and protected under US copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Building Dream Spaces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the contract value of the specific project in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lawrence County, Missouri, unless otherwise specified in your project contract.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
